4.1 299bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. All Players may be required to complete KYC verification before making withdrawals or at any point during their use of the Platform.

5.2 The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 299bet, although individual payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) may apply their own transaction limits.
5.3 Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed at the time of deposit.
5.4 All transactions are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption. 299bet does not store complete card numbers or mobile banking PINs on its servers.
5.5 Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. 299bet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.
5.6 By depositing funds, you confirm that the money being deposited is not derived from any criminal activity and that you are the legitimate owner or authorised user of the payment method in question.
6.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 299bet Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 299bet aims to process standard withdrawal requests within the same business day for Accounts that have completed KYC verification.
6.3 299bet reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or wagering requirement fulfilment where a Bonus has been claimed.
6.4 Where a withdrawal request is made before any applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied, 299bet reserves the right to deduct the outstanding Bonus amount and any Bonus-generated winnings from the withdrawal sum.
6.5 Withdrawals are subject to the transaction limits and processing schedules of the selected payment method. 299bet is not liable for delays attributable to the payment provider.
6.6 In the event that a deposit is reversed, charged back, or disputed by a payment provider after a withdrawal has been made, 299bet reserves the right to recover the equivalent amount from any funds subsequently deposited to the Account or through other lawful means.
7.1 299bet may from time to time offer Bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotional offer and must be read in conjunction with these General Terms.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the Bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
7.3 Bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Unclaimed Bonuses will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
7.4 Only one welcome Bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address. Multiple claims from the same individual using different accounts will be treated as Bonus abuse.
7.5 299bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such modification does not affect Bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's Account.
7.6 Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds before Bonus funds become eligible. The contribution of individual games toward wagering requirements varies; please consult the applicable promotion page for game-specific contribution percentages.
7.7 Any Player found to be abusing the 299bet bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes, or placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements — will forfeit all Bonus funds and associated winnings, and their Account may be permanently suspended.
8.1 All bets placed on the 299bet sportsbook and casino are final once confirmed. Players are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of their wager — including the event, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement.
8.2 In the event of an obvious error in odds (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), 299bet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account, regardless of whether the bet has already settled.
8.3 Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published on the 299bet Platform at the time the bet was placed.
8.4 The minimum single bet amount across all sportsbook markets is ৳50. Maximum stake limits per event may vary by market and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of wager placement.
8.5 Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time by 299bet at its discretion, particularly during key moments of a sporting event where the outcome is imminent. Bets already accepted prior to suspension remain valid.
8.6 Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of a real-time table managed by a qualified dealer. 299bet does not manipulate game outcomes.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 299bet Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
